Extra Pet Fees

Every household looks a little different. Some have dogs and cats, while others have chickens, goats, or even horses! We welcome families of all types. To keep things fair and consistent, our extra pet fees are based on how many animals we’re caring for and whether they can be grouped together for blanket care.

Standard Extra Pet Fees

  • 4–6 animals: +$5 per animal

  • 7–20 animals: $20 bulk rate

  • 20+ animals: $30 bulk rate

💡 Outdoor pets & farm animals: Please call for pricing so we can tailor your custom quote based on your setup and needs.

When Animals Can Be “Grouped”

Some animals can be counted together under a single pet fee when:

  • They’re the same species & live in the same space

  • Receive care as a group

  • Don’t have individual instructions

This helps simplify scheduling and keeps pricing fair.

Setting Up Your Pet Portal

When adding your outdoor/farm animals in the client portal:

  1. List pets by species and housing. (Example: “Chicken Coop A,” “Chicken Coop B.”)

  2. Group where you can based on the above chart

  3. If any animal needs individualized care, they will need their own profile and will count as an individual pet
    .

How Pets Are Counted

Animals may be grouped together as one pet for billing only when all of the following apply:

 • They are the same species
• They live in the same enclosure or area
• They receive identical care
• They do not require individual instructions
For example: up to 10 chickens in 1 coop that do not require individualized care would be considered 1 “pet”

If any animal needs individual care, medication, or special handling, it must be counted and billed separately.

Auntie M Pet Care LLC reserves the right to adjust pet counts and pricing based on the actual care required.

Some farm animals can be added in ‘bulk’. You can group animals together if they meet the following conditions:

  • Animals are of the same species

  • They receive identical care & live in the same space (food, cleaning, etc. and

  • They have no special instructions per individual
