Carolyn is a life-long animal lover who grew up in Tampa, FL and moved to Arden in 2022. She graduated with a B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. Carolyn grew up taking care of all sorts of critters, from horses and dogs to lizards and stray cats! As a high schooler (and throughout college when she was home on breaks), she pet sat for clients throughout the greater Tampa area, and absolutely loved traveling around town to spend time with her furry friends.

Carolyn also works as an equine massage therapist, traveling around Western North Carolina and upstate South Carolina to help horses feel more comfortable in their bodies. In her free time, she can be found with her mule, Arthur, or spending time outdoors with her dogs, Chip and Aster.
