PET SITTER / DOG WALKER / HIKER

Sarah is an avid outdoorswoman who graduated from Western Carolina University with a Parks and Recreation Management Degree with a concentration on Outdoor Leadership and Instruction. Since her time in college, she has deeply fallen in love with the community and recreational opportunities provided in the Western North Carolina region. She has spent the past six years exploring every river, trail, and cave that she can find.

Sarah grew up in a multi-dog household and assisted her father with training several working dogs, which only encouraged her love for animals. She currently owns a pampered calico cat named Perch who loves to play soccer around the house with her toys and watch the world from her window perch. Sarah jokes that she also has partial custody over her parent's animals, due to how often she gets to visit them, a dog-like black cat named Petra and a cat-like black dog named Gracie Mae.

When she is not enjoying the company of animals, she is often outside with her two favorite hobbies being caving and whitewater rafting. She also enjoys a nice day inside with a good book.
