Andy has lived in many states across the country and settled in Asheville to raise a family close to nature and the mountains. He has loved being in animal care since 2018 and has worked for the Humane Society, as a pet sitter/walker, an animal control officer, and a veterinary assistant.

Andy is the proud parent of a daughter, Margot, a son, Eliot, and 2 dogs, Midge and Helo. He spends his free time bonding with family, camping, and hiking with his dogs. He has cared for pets ranging from abandoned or abused to the most spoiled and is eager and happy to be around animals of all shapes and sizes.
